1) With your purchase you will receive all manufacturers warrantees, PLUS Basically Beds will guarantee your 100% satisfaction with our 30 day MONEY BACK guarantee. The 30 day money back warranty does not apply to "special" orders of non-standard size bed and mattresses.

2) If your new Adjustable Bed or Mattress is determined to be defective we will replace the bed and/or mattress at absolutely NO COST to you.

3) Should you become dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within 30 days of placing your order, Basically Beds will refund the total amount of your purchase upon return of goods, minus only the shipping costs and bank fees **

4) Returned Merchandise must be received in good condition and in it's original packaging. Transportation charges on back shipping to the distribution center is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5) This guarantee applies only to original purchaser and purchaser must notify Basically Beds within 30 days from date of placing order to be valid. All returns must have a valid return authorization number.

NOTE: It is our experience that it may take about 2-6 weeks for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress. You may feel a little discomfort while adjusting to your new mattress and bed. Please wait and use your new bed and mattress for at least 30 days to ensure that your body has had the time to fully adjust.

** The 30 day money back warranty does not apply to "special" orders of non-standard size bed and mattresses. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred and the processing fee's charged by the credit card company and your bank (if applicable). The product must be returned to Basically Bed’s distribution center within 90 days of the date of delivery and in its original packaging. Ensure you save all packing materials until you are absolutely satisified with your new bed and mattress. The product must be returned free of stains, dirt or markings of any kind. Basically Beds reserves the right to inspect all returned items and refunds will not be given until the item has been returned and inspected.
